CH-PLUSSZ-2000 Ltd. established in 2000 with seat in Algyő.

At the time of establishment, the scope of activity included:

  • manufacturing of metal structures, metalworking, surface treatment,
  • manufacturing, repair of pumps, compressors,
  • repair, technological assembly of boilers, machinery, equipment,
  • repair of electrical and communications equipment,
  • building engineering, building maintenance,
  • road freight transport,
  • engineering services.

At start-up, the company employed 68 full-time employees. In 2006 the company resolved to expand construction, building-assembly activities. For this purpose, it raised share capital to HUF 60 million.

The company adjusted staff size and its professional composition to the new tasks. It introduced a corporate governance system (SAP), expanded its qualification system (MIR, KIR, MEBIR) and acquired certification necessary for the activity (MSZ EN ISO 3832-2 manufacturing of welded structures).

It purchased its own business site with a modern assembly hall, established a new branch in Szank and significantly expanded its technical facilities with the purchase of equipment necessary for construction works.

The operation of the company focuses on technological engineering activity in the Hungarian hydrocarbon industry with oil industrial surface maintenance in the Southern Alföld region (Algyő, Kardoskút, Kiskunhalas) and technological construction-assembly activity in the Southern Alföld, Northern Alföld region and the Transdanubian region.

The company was further strengthened at the end of 2007; its share capital was raised to HUF 180 million through the investment of the new majority owner, HP TEAM Ltd. As a result of these changes, the company became a member of the OLAJTERV Group in 2008.

Petrolszerviz Ltd., established in 1992 by MOL Co. Ltd. through the outsourcing of its service maintenance unit, Szeged Mining Plant, was merged with CH-PLUSSZ-2000 Ltd. on 1 January 2010. It was responsible for the maintenance, overhaul of the production facilities of the Szeged Mining Plant and the implementation of investment-construction works.

OLAJGÉP Ltd., owned by MOL Plc. and conducting similar activity for the Orosháza Mining Plant of MOL, was merged with Petrolszerviz Ltd. in 2001.

Petrolszerviz Ltd. became a member of the Olajterv Group in 2008.

Petrolszerviz was merged with CH-PLUSSZ-2000 Ltd. on 1 January 2010 for the purpose of terminating parallel activities and combining resources. As a result of the merger, CH-PLUSSZ-2000 Ltd. has been operating as a member company of the OLAJTERV Group.
